About the event

Tickets for this event cost £15 and players get 1 booster pack on Entry, with 1 and a half booster packs per player minimum going into the prize pool.

This is a capped 128 player event for Lorcana, continuing on from the hugely successful Chapter 1 and Rise of the Floodborn Grand tournaments.

The event will be a set of normal swiss rounds before a top-8 cut after 7 rounds (round number subject to change depending on turnout).

Constructed format with a 60 card minimum deck and a maximum of 2 colours.

The rounds will be played at a 50 minute time limit and will be a best of 3.


The event schedule is as follows:

Venue Opening: 9:00

Registration: 9:00 – 9:30

Briefing: 9:45 – 10:00

 

Round 1: 10:00 – 10:50

Round 2: 11:10 – 12:00

Round 3: 12:20 – 13:10

 

LUNCH: 13:10 – 14:00

 

Round 4: 14:00 – 14:50

Round 5: 15:10 – 16:00

Round 6: 16:20 – 17:10

Round 7: 17:30 – 18:20

 

Quarter Finals: 18:40 – 19:30

Semi Finals: 19:45 – 20:35

Finals: 20:40 – 21:30

The prizing structure for this event depends on how many players turn up for the event.

If we hit the 128 player cap then prizing will look like the following:

1st: 2x Into the Inklands Booster Boxes

2nd: 1x Into the Inklands Booster Box

3rd – 4th: 12x Into the Inklands Booster Packs

5th – 8th: 8x Into the Inklands Booster Packs

9th – 16th: 3x Into the Inklands Booster Packs

17th – 84th: 2x Into the Inklands Booster Packs

85th – 128th: 1x Into the Inklands Booster Pack

FAQs

Will I require a deck list for this event?
Yes! you will ask deck checks will be performed throughout the event. You can either provide one via Dreamborn.ink, emailing one into the store or turning up on the day with a written deck list. We will also have pens and paper at the ready for players to write a deck list on the day if needs be.
Talk to me about intentional draws...
Intentional Draws (IDs) will be allowed at this event as per the Tournament documentation from Ravensburger. If players agree to an ID, they must call a judge over before submitting any result so the judge can ensure the result is entered properly. Failure to call over a judge will have the result treated as an improper result entry.
Can I use First Chapter and Rise of the Floodborn cards in this event?
Indeed you can! All cards released at this point in time are legal for play.
Can I use proxy cards if I don't have the right ones?
Unfortunately due to the scale of this tournament, and out of respect for Ravensburger, we will not be allowing any form of proxy cards at this event.
