How does the loyalty program work?

Upon signing up for the loyalty program you will be sent a gift from us via email.

After you have purchased your membership you will be required visit the store and enter a few details into our EPOS system, this will take 2 minutes.

Whenever you spend money at Sanctuary you will accumulate points, points are tracked by the EPOS system. Everytime you reach the current milestone you will recieve a 10% off voucher to spend in the store.

• The current milestone target is 600.
• Each £1.00 spent is converted into 1 point.
• Vouchers do not stack so you can only use one discount voucher per purchase.
• Each voucher expires after 365 days

The 10% membership discount offer normally given on every purchase in the store no longer applies.
